Once you arrive at the Lake Annecy campsite, you’ll be warmly welcomed by a friendly reception where the staff will be ready to help you and answer any questions you may have. The bar-restaurant is the perfect place to relax and enjoy delicious meals, whether local or international. You can also take advantage of other quality services that will enhance your camping experience, such as modern, clean sanitary facilities for your comfort, and a supermarket. Everything is in place to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable vacation at Lake Annecy.
Reception 7 days a week
Of course, appearances can be deceiving. However, first impressions are often the right ones.
Stop by reception, open 7/7, and we’ll tell you how to get to your pitch or rental.
If you would like information about the campsite’s rules and regulations, activities, parties, facilities or services, our team will be happy to answer all your questions.

- Wi-Fi on part of the campsite: purchase an access code at reception or via paypal (2€ per day – 5€ per week – 10€ per 15 days)

- Information on local events: markets, religious services and addresses of local producers and craftsmen
- Last but not least, all the tourist information you need about Annecy, the surrounding area and Haute-Savoie.

May to September
The campsite’s Bar-Restaurant is open for food and drink.
In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast by the pool on our terrace overlooking the mountains.
Come and discover our varied menu for lunch and dinner. You’ll enjoy fresh, quality produce, typical Savoyard dishes and delicious homemade pizzas, concocted by our chef and his team….. And don’t forget our children’s menu.
The Bar welcomes you at any time of day for a coffee, a beer with friends, a soda with snacks for teenagers, a cocktail for two, or a glass of ice cream.
Every week in July and August, we offer lively evenings with themed menus!

At our campsite, you’ll find quality services to meet your specific needs.
Supérette
Open 7/7 from 7am to 1pm and from 4pm to 7:30pm in July and August (reduced opening hours during other periods).
Viennese pastries and bread (baked on site) are a great way to start the day. (Reservations required for April, May and September)
The campsite mini-market offers everything you need in the way of groceries, cleaning products and a few emergency items.
You will also find costume jewelry, various articles (ping-pong rackets, swimming goggles, armbands….), as well as national and international press.
Services for children
To make your stay easier, we offer many services for your children:
- Baby kit rental (high chair, cot and/or bathtub) by the day or week. It will be deposited in your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
- An adapted water park with paddling pools and water games for toddlers.
- Baby products are on sale in the grocery store (food, hygiene).
- Baby cabin in each toilet block, children’s WC and washbasin
- The restaurant offers a children’s menu and high chairs.
Recommendations: Accompany small children to the campsite, Drive (speed limit 10km/h), No noise after 10pm on pitches.
