“Family holiday We have just had a wonderful 2 week stay here. Our 2nd time at L’ideal. Great campsite and pool complex which the kids loved. There is plenty of other things to do in the Lake Annecy area and we did some beautiful mountain walks. After a days hiking, it was lovely to come back to the caravan and BBQ. Our pitch had a wonderful view over the mountains in the morning sun. The site is quiet from around 11pm at night which is lovely. We used the tennis courts several times which are free to use. A truly beautiful area to holiday and we will be back next year.”

“Family vacation We have just had a wonderful 2 week stay here. This is our second time at L’Ideal. Great campsite and water complex which the kids loved. There are lots of other things to do in the Lake Annecy area and we did some great hiking in the mountains. After a day of hiking, it was nice to come back to the caravan and barbecue. Our pitch offered a magnificent view of the mountains in the morning sun. The site is quiet from 11 p.m. onwards, which is very pleasant. We used the free tennis courts several times. A really wonderful area to vacation in and we’ll be back next year.”

“Superb campsite! We had a mobile home, very correct and especially very shaded! The pool and aquatic area are very large, thought for the very small, small, medium and large. Perfect, really. A large play area (bouncy castle, slides, trampoline park, city stadium, etc.) for children aged 2 to 16, and beautiful tennis courts. A kids club for children aged 4 and over and daily entertainment. Clientele 1/3 French, 1/3 Dutch and 1/3 others (Belgium, Denmark…). Good cohabitation overall. A little extra would have been an evening with a convivial gastronomic theme. Highly recommend!”

“Mooie camping op paar minuuten rijden van het meer. Ruime en schone safaritenten met fijne matrassen. Bedden zijn ook groot genoeg. Mooi keukenblok met 4 pits gasstel,koffiezet apparaat,magnetron en koelvriescombi. Restaurant is ook goed. Mooi zwembad met ook glijbanen voor de kids.Ook het sanitair is mooi schoon en ruime douchecabines. Fijne camping met ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam nederlanssprekend personeel. Voor de 4e keer geweest en zeker niet voor de laatste.”

“Lovely campsite just a few minutes drive from the lake. Spacious and clean safari tents with good mattresses. Beds are also quite large. Nice kitchenette with 4-burner stove, coffee maker, microwave and fridge-freezer. The restaurant is also good. Nice pool with slides for the kids, clean sanitary facilities and spacious shower cabins. Superb campsite with very friendly and helpful Dutch-speaking staff. This is the fourth time I’ve been and it certainly won’t be the last.”

“Super schöner Urlaub Der Campingplatz ist ruhig abseits der Hauptstraße und etwas erhöht am Hang gelegen, so dass man eine tolle Aussicht auf den See und die Berge hat. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell zum See/Plage und auf den Fahrradweg rund um den See.Die Poolanlage bietet für alle Altersklassen tolle Möglichkeiten, insbesondere im Frühjahr ist der überdachte und geheizte Pool sehr angenehm! Auch die Sportanlagen mit Tennisplätzen, Outdoor-Fitness und PumpTrack so wie Die Spielmöglichkeiten (Hüpfburg, Kletter Gerüste, Schaukel etc.) bieten viel Abwechslung! Wir können den Platz und die Region nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!”

“Super nice vacation The campsite is quietly located away from the main road and slightly elevated on a hillside, so you have a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. With the bike you can quickly get to the lake/beach and the cycle path around the lake. The swimming pool area offers something for everyone, especially in spring when the indoor heated pool is a real treat! The sports facilities with tennis courts, open-air fitness and PumpTrack as well as the play facilities (bouncy castle, climbing structures, swings, etc.) offer great variety! We can only warmly recommend the place and the region and would be delighted to come back!”

“Genuinely one of the best sites on earth.Went with my 3 boys aged 7, 5 and 3. It’s like paradise for them. The pool complex does not disappoint. The water slides as well as the choice of pools has something for everyone and space even when it’s busy. Couldn’t be better. Reception staff are brilliantly helpful. Restaurant is reasonable and tasty (only complaint is they strictly only start serving at 6.30pm and my men were starving by then)! The pitches are a reasonable size and well located with decent shade. We were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay as we didn’t want to leave!”
